Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring, training and development, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the HR budget
- Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations
Qualifications:
- Being bilingual in Chinese and English is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management roles
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management
