Job Responsibilities:
- Answer/direct and document incoming calls in a timely & professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Answer customer questions/concerns regarding scheduling services, taking payments, etc.
- Help technicians with account questions, scheduling, service setups, etc.
- Assist with the DIY store - learning products, uses & how to sell them
Preferred skills:
- Ability to multi-task & maintain accuracy
- Typing skills & basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone & email
Preferred candidates will have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and all pay is based on experience.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
