Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on Del Medical products and services.
· Handle customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on the use, installation, and maintenance of Del Medical imaging equipment.
· Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex technical issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.
· Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
· Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment.
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Del Medical products, staying updated on new features and advancements.
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· Generate reports on customer service metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
· Actively participate in training programs to stay current on industry trends, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.
· Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in the medical imaging industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot and understand complex medical imaging systems.
