Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all their needs are met
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices
