Job Summary: The Key Account Manager plans and leads initiatives for our strategic Healthcare partners that further the company’s mission, goals, and strategic objectives. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth, and we are looking for an experienced professional to lead this business. In this role, you will ensure long-term revenue through managing key strategic partnerships, ensuring programs are launched on time, KPI’s are being met and the program is meeting revenue projections. You will work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders such as operations, marketing, customer service and finance to ensure programs are executed on time and on budget. You will also serve as the main point of contact with our external partners, providing on-going communication and business analysis.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan partner programs in relation to company capabilities.
- Ensure programs are executed flawlessly and meet jointly set KPI’s.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and specific partner to drive business priorities.
- Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly calls with account partners.
- Drive growth and awareness in partnership with internal departments such as finance, operations, customer service and marketing.
- Leverage partner insights to maximize brand growth.
- Help create and lead partner marketing programs that are consistent with the brand’s overall strate gies, budget, and revenue targets for channel.
- Establish new processes needed for continued growth and profitability.
- Create and maintain specific reporting for all sales channels, sharing results, insights and perfor mance as needed.
Requirements:
- Extremely detail oriented and able to meet due dates.
- Capable of managing many projects at once and changing priorities as needed.
- Excellent analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
