Job Description for B2B Business Development Supervisor
National Waste Associates is seeking a self-motivated, professional B2B Business Development Supervisor to provide direct oversight and support for the Business Development Team. The BDR Supervisor is responsible for executing B2B sales and marketing initiatives including BDC/SDR oversight, list management, email marketing and administrative support.
This position requires B2B sales, cold calling and supervisory/team lead experience along with a proficient knowledge of Excel. Candidates will be tested on their Excel capabilities. This is currently an in-office/on-site position.
Responsibilities for the B2B Business Development Supervisor
- Track and report BDC/SDR team members' performance
- Email/call prospects to keep sales flow on track
- Coach and mentor the BDC/SDRs to be more effective with outreach to new clients
- Cold call prospects to set sales appointments
- Oversee the SLRs to ensure proper workload
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Supervisor developing procedures for sales and marketing processes
- Be available as a resource for the leadership team who may need assistance with completing large projects
Qualifications for the B2B Business Development Supervisor
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 months in a supervisory/team lead level capacity
- Experience analyzing sales & marketing data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of B2B sales and cold calling
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Excellent computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
