Busy local residential remodeling company looking for an experienced sales coordinator to join our team. Coordinating remodeling projects demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The perfect fit for our team would bring experience in sales coordination within the remodeling or construction sector, demonstrating a history of efficiently managing multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Manage material orders and track them for remodel projects.
- Handle all aspects of cabinet orders, including new orders, job add-ons, and warranties.
- Assist the CEO in coordinating large remodel projects.
- Capture before and after photos of projects for documentation and marketing purposes.
- Execute social media postings to showcase completed projects and engage with potential clients.
- Provide assistance to customers in the showroom, offering product information and guidance.
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Price materials and mark showroom samples to facilitate sales.
- Open and close the building, ensuring security and proper operations.
- Support other projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success
