Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Vascular Access Clinical Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and day-to-day operations of our esteemed Vascular Access Team. As the cornerstone of management support, you'll drive standardization of processes and procedures while ensuring clinical excellence. Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Lead our clinician team with finesse, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and quality assurance measures. Foster a proactive work environment that keeps our business running seamlessly.
- Territory Management: Ensure proper coverage across all territories. With your forward-thinking approach, develop and maintain schedules that maximize clinician participation and efficiency.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical services including the placement of PICCs, Midlines, and PIV catheters using ultrasonography, ensuring top-notch patient care.
- Team Development: Spearhead the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. Evaluate staff performance, promote education, and facilitate personal and professional growth.
- Facility Relations: Foster strong relationships with facilities through effective communication. Identify key stakeholders to maximize partnerships and mutual benefits.
- Business Growth: Assist in securing new facility contracts and conduct in-service sessions to support business expansion. Keep track of progress and outreach efforts using our CRM system.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures for all clinical aspects, ensuring standardization across the board.
- Innovation: Identify and implement new programs or methodologies to enhance service delivery, constantly striving for operational improvement.
- Financial Stewardship: Lead efforts to maximize revenue and minimize expenses, reviewing billing submissions and implementing cost control measures where necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to national and state standards of practice, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the home office and senior leadership through regular meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree with 2 years of related supervisory and/or management experience.
- Current unencumbered RN license and certifications.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Exemplary leadership qualities desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the vascular access field or other related healthcare field.
