Local Established Electrical Contracting Company is looking for a part time/full time Office Assistant to start immediately. We are a fast-paced company, and this position requires multi-tasking on a daily basis. Approximately 24 hours up too 40 hours per week. Starting pay will be determined based upon experience. Job responsibilities to include Answering Phones, Data Entry, Enter Vendor Invoices into QuickBooks Pro, New Hire packets, Month End Paystubs/Timecards, Builder Portals, Options, Daily, Weekly and Monthly job tasks will be discussed during the interview process. Prior to applying for this position, you must have the following experience: Quick Books Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel. Residential Construction experience & Bilingual (Spanish) is preferrable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
