We are looking for a competent Call Center Representative to help support a growing healthcare company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling Customers to locate the devices for services
- Answering customer queries
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule appointments for field techs in an efficient manner
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (e.g., ERP software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Satisfactory background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screen
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to commute to Irving office 5 days per week
