Research Laboratory Assistant, Entry-Level
We are looking for a reliable individual to join our lab. The Entry-Level Laboratory Assistant under direct supervision, will perform general laboratory and office work, assist with customer phone calls and emails, along with doing the data entry.
Job Qualifications:
1. Data entry, Typing Speed between 50-70 WPM.
2. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, (knowledge of QuickBooks preferred).
3. Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills.
4. Good communication.
5. Answering Customer Phones.
6. Writing & Managing Emails.
7. Packing Packages.
Laboratory Responsibilities
1. Have 1-2 years of previous experience in mouse or rat surgery procedure considered a plus.
2. Culture and test primary cells under direct supervision.
3. Maintain cell inventories of frozen cell stock in Liquid Nitrogen Tanks and record.
4. Assist with ordering lab supplies and maintaining laboratory stock and inventories.
5. Do other laboratory organization and general laboratory management as delegated.
Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, or life science is required.

Cell Culture Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior research specialist. This position involves rodent studies and the culturing of cells to increase the company’s product offerings. Also required is the ability to implement new and existing methods/techniques to generate cells and test them to ensure cell culture quality control.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintain mouse strains. Perform complex in vivo and in vitro experiments using mice and cell lines. Candidates must have 1-2 years of previous experience in mouse or rat surgery procedure.
2. Perform laboratory experiments using biochemical and molecular biology approaches (including PCR, immunohistochemistry, Western blotting, and flow cytometry).
3. Collaborate with scientific team to culture and test cells.
4. Maintain cell inventories of frozen cell stock in Liquid Nitrogen Tanks for culture and long-term storage.
5. Assist with ordering lab supplies and maintaining laboratory stock and inventories.
6. Aid in the implementation of general laboratory maintenance protocols. Maintain comprehensive laboratory protocols and records of results.
7. Other laboratory organization and general laboratory management as delegated.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Data entry, Typing Speed between 50-70 WPM. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, (knowledge of QuickBooks preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
2. Candidates must have 1-2 years of previous cell culture experience. Experience in cell culture and mouse surgery procedure is considered a plus, but enthusiastic and driven starters are also welcome.
3. Bachelor’s degree in biology, cell biology, molecular biology, or an equivalent field is required.
