Registered Behavior Technician RBT / ABA Therapist

Alpine Autism Center is hiring motivated, caring, and uplifting individuals with a high attention to detail to work one-on-one with clients and families affected by autism. We are a non-profit organization operating center-based ABA services in a school-like setting. Extensive paid training is provided and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
· Work 1:1 with clients (Applied Behavior Analysis)
· Accurately facilitate and document client programming
· Attend and actively participate in ongoing trainings and staff meetings
· Implement client behavior support plans in accordance with the direction of BCBA
· Objectively summarize individual client performance in session notes
· Maintain clean and organized therapy/work environment
· Carry out feedback and direction given by supervisors/BCBA
· Additional goals, duties and responsibilities will be added based on performance
Qualifications:
· College degree desired
· Motivated to learn the principles of ABA
· Must possess or be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 90 days of employment
· Ability to take initiative in work setting
· Proficiency in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
· Good attendance / Reliable
· Enjoy working with children with special needs
· Reliable Transportation / Willingness to drive
· Strong Communication Skills
· Monday-Friday availability
· Must pass criminal background checks
· Physical Requirements:Performs repetitive motions of arms and wrists, bend, stoop, lift 45+lbs, crawl, run, walk (long distances), sit and stand (sustained long periods of time)
