Position Overview:
As the Employee Training Coordinator & HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the training and development programs for our employees while also providing essential support to the Human Resources department. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills and performance. Additionally, you will assist in various HR tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including orientation sessions, skills training, leadership development, and compliance training.
Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging materials, and managing attendance records.
Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and on-the-job training, to engage and educate employees effectively.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist HR Director with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assist HR Director, to provide timely and professional assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Experience and/or education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in training coordination, instructional design, or talent development, preferably in a corporate setting.
