We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR support role. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience with benefit and payroll practices. This position is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with a variety of HR functions including benefits, recruitment, staffing, employee records, new hire orientation, and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, back up receptionist and other tasks as assigned.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast -paced environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with HRIS systems
Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
