About Us
We've been roofing in Denver for over 12 years now and we are growing our commercial sales division. Values are important to us (hence our name) and we will always hire character over skill.
We have a production team who will handle the details of running and producing your jobs - leaving you free to focus on building relationships with decision makers and landing more sales.
We'd love to meet you if you are great at building long-term, quality relationships with customers in order to meet their roofing needs and provide great all around service. Guiding, educating, and leading customers through a smooth sales process is a challenge you can handle like a pro. Speaking of a pro, we’re betting you’re a pro at building your referral base - and if not, we’ll be there to help you along the way.

What You’ll Need to Have:
Strong morals and ethics
2 years+ commercial roofing sales experience
Laptop or tablet and smartphone
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a ladder
Handling ladders to code (OSHA Standards)
Ability to use/be trained on JobNimbus (CRM), SumoQuote, & CompanyCam
GL insurance and personal tax reporting as an independent contractor
What You’ll Need to Do:
Get familiar with company products and services
Educate our customers so they can make informed decisions
Inspect roofs
Measure roofs and exteriors
Meet adjusters on commercial roofs for insurance claims
Estimate commercial roofing jobs
Communicate with the customer throughout the process
Collect payment as needed or requested by team
Develop leads (networking, social media, etc.)
Run office leads
What You’ll Get Paid:
65k / 5% Commissions
