Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through phone call, email, social media, and occasional door to door prospecting.

Primary responsibilities include, not limited to:
- Generate new business leads through lead prospecting and outbound cold-calling to potential business customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate and organized records inside the CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Keep up to date on industry knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide solutions
What We're Looking For
- A sales professional with 2 or more years of experience working in a sales environment, who builds trust and likes to share in your client's success
- A No fear approach to new business development through cold-calling and networking and a successful track record to back it up
- Self-motivated and driven individual to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient with CRM systems
- Strong business development skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Pay: $38,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
