Pay: Base Salary $65,000 per year (plus commission structure and bonus pay)

Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, mental health workers (Therapeutic Care Specialists), parent coaches and case managers, help youth, young adults and families who are experiencing complex psychiatric, emotional, and behavioral health issues. These issues are often related to anxiety, depression, suicidality, and mood disorders in combination with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, and Executive Function Disorder. In addition, as Colorado’s premier transition and aftercare program, we are passionate about delivering results to families seeking therapeutic intervention. For over 14 years, Equinox has been serving clients both regionally and nationally.
Job Summary:
The ideal Community Relations Liaison Candidate has a proven track record of developing a consistent pipeline of referrals and business development and ideally will come from a mental health setting. This is a mostly community-based position. Therefore, candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter/motivator, skillfully manage multiple priorities, be flexible to work independently as well as in a team based, collaborative environment. Candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, be detailed oriented with demonstrated ability to coordinate among multiple people and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic referral sources and sales initiatives while working within a clear sales structure
- Position self and company as a valuable source of information/services for all things related to youth and young adult mental health
- Consistently exceed performance expectations of weekly contact/sales goals (phone and face to face), and enrollment goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Effectively plan and manage weekly schedules for contacting referral sources and agencies
- Assist in planning and execution of networking events in our office setting, in the community, and professional settings
- Initiate and track consistent follow-up with professionals in the community, including giving both succinct and expanded marketing presentations to medical and mental health professionals
- Frequent travel to various agencies, facilities and professionals within and outside of the community
- Point person/liaison between referral sources and Equinox clinical staff (Interface with admissions to ensure seamless customer experience and drive conversions)
- Consistent sales data tracking through CRM software
- Ensure current awareness of changes in the industry through self-education, peer education, professional and community involvement
- Must be able to work some evenings and some weekends
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills:
- Experienced in generating new leads, and quality referral sources, while also maintaining current referral source relationships
- Comfortable with technology, including experience with CRM software.
- Empathetic listener and creative problem solver
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, able to take initiative with minimal supervision
- Digital marketing experience a must
- Computer literacy skills to include: excel, word, marketing software, and Mac specific
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Skilled in delivering professional presentations via phone, and in person including one on one and groups. Professional attire is expected
- Must be able to make sound, independent judgments based on ethical principles
- Must have skills in troubleshooting, flexibility and prioritizing workload
- Must be capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments on a constant basis
- Have an immediate impact and contribution to a well-established positive company and team-based culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing and/or business required
- Minimum 2 years Sales/Communications/Marketing Experience/Business Development
- Experience in the mental health or counseling field is a plus
- A valid Texas Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Must pass drug test and background check (CBI, FBI, and Central Registry)

Supplemental pay types:
Base pay plus commission structure plus bonus pay. Commission and bonuses increase with the number of program enrollments.
