Job Description: Security Officer/Customer Service
Location: Arlington, TX, 76010
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer/Customer Service representative to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
- Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
