Job Summary - Assists with clerical and business needs of office; responsible for answering phone greeting visitors performs daily and weekly billing/claims and payroll functions in accordance with sound accounting principles. Assist with making employee badges, ordering office supplies.
Works from 8:00 am to 5:00pm; Monday-Friday must communicate courteously and respectfully with clients, Families, Employees
Requirements/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency, prefer previous experience in secretarial position; must have excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication skills, must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision; must have computer skills in Microsoft Office; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal history Background Check.
Equipment Used - Telephone, Calculator, computer, fax machine, postage meter and other basic office equipment
Work Environment- Works in a clean, well-lighted, climate controlled healthcare office with wood floors
