Job Summary:
Local Electric contractor is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position provides administrative support to the Office, Service Department and Project Managers.
Job Description:
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Assist customers with service requests and inquires
- Provide Office and Project Management team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Match POs to statements
- Prepare panel schedules/circuit directories
- Reconcile statements as directed by Bookkeeper
- Order office supplies
- Other duties as needed
Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks extremely helpful
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is strongly preferred
- Customer service experience in a service -oriented role
- Skilled in data entry to maintain accurate customer records and prepare proposals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
