- Provide bedside care, including feeding, bathing, bed making, ambulation, and oral hygiene, etc.

Take and record vitals such as pulse, respiration, blood pressure, etc.

Perform practical nursing duties such as special decubitus care, dressing changes, oxygen and aerosol therapy, catheterization, bladder irrigations, etc.

Prepare, administer, and chart medications

Assist Registered Nurse

Assist with admissions and orientation to hospital, and planning of nursing care

Observe, consumers to detect deviations from normal conditions; recording and reporting signs and symptoms
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Residential Care Job Qualifications:

LPN license: active, current, unrestricted in MO

Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing

BLS by the American Heart Association
