Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. Ascent Healthcare was founded over 12 years ago and our practice is now staffed with approximately 35 Medical Providers in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We now have an exciting career opportunity available for a SNF Physician in Eugene, OR. In this capacity, you will work as a team with an experienced NP/PA as attending to skilled nursing facility patients. Take the opportunity to gain a leadership role. Grow into and attain your certification as a post-acute Medical Director.
