REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of all lines of employee benefits.
- Polished oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Systems and documentation focus.
- Multi-task oriented with attention to detail.
- Independent thinker; who displays initiative.
- Flexible team player with problem solving skills.
- PC proficiency, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel & Publisher).
- 2+ years of employee benefits experience.
- Combination of education and experience desirable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer marketing and renewal functions such as requests for proposals (RFP).
- Preparation of documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare client proposals using MS excel.
- Maintain client histories and update client communications.
- Internal Customer Service.
- Liaison to clients and vendors when team member is traveling or unavailable.
- Liaison for office visitors, greet clients and answer and direct phone calls.
