Stake Center Locating is experiencing rapid growth. Therefore, we are looking to expand our Operations Support Team. We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team and provide a variety of supporting functions. Some of the responsibilities may include answering phone calls, screening tickets, along with other operational administrative duties.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Customer Service
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Ability to Work Independently as well as part of a Team
- Able to Recall and Adhere to Specific Customer Requirements
- Must be at least 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Pass Random Drug Screens and to Remain Drug Free
- Dependable and Trustworthy
- Ability to Perform Work Accurately and Thoroughly

- Experience with Ticket Management Software
