Position Overview:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives. You will lead a dedicated HR team, providing guidance on a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals.

Provide expertise and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.

Develop and implement retention strategies to foster a positive and engaging workplace.
Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.

Performance Management:

Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.
HR Analytics:

Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Generate regular reports on key HR metrics and trends
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree and HR certification (e.G., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of [7] years in a senior management role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variety of temperatures

Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Days company closed: Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving they work or work 1/2 day

During their go-live period (projects) employees can work 10 hours a day

Vacation Time Blackout period during busy season Company has blackout dates where no one can take vacation October-February

The schedule usually 1st shift but must have open availability
