Responsibilities of Master or Journeyman Electrician:
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including lights, outlets, appliances such as hot tubs, mini splits, AC's etc.
- If journeyman, work with the master electrician to perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
- Communicate with customers when needed in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts
- Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs
- Oversee and train apprentice electricians
- Communicate all ongoings with lead electrician
- Provide customer service with honesty and integrity
Qualifications for Master or Journeyman Electrician:
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program required
- Journeyman/master electrician license required in the state of NH or ability to get license within 3 months.
- Valid driver's license in state of NH and ability to be insured under a commercial auto policy
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds
- Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, kneel, and work at heights
- Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to work at heights/on roofs
