This role is responsible for selling aINSIGHT’s on demand employment screening solutions and services to Enterprise clients (5,000+ employees) and carries a sales target of $600k. These targets are realized through management of a defined territory, proactive lead generation, and following up on provided leads.
You should be a goal-oriented, feedback-driven problem solver with a natural business acumen to help bring our thoughtfully designed solutions to market.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise background screening sales with experience in regulated and/or risk-adverse industries.
Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Identify ideal prospects and sales cadence
- Arrange prospect meets and manage the sales cycle
- Attend meetings, seminars, conferences, and tradeshows to promote aINSIGHT and generate new business
- Achieve targets set forth in the quota plan
- Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue
- Act as lead contact for Requests for Proposals (RFPS) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Preparing responses to RFPs/RFIs using proprietary content library
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and continuity of all presentations of aINSIGHT
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and continuity of pricing appropriate to prospect’s anticipated volumes and industry
- Work with customer and implementation team to ensure seamless implementation of new business
- Maintain aINSIGHT CRM database, ensuring pipeline, account, and contact information is updated and accurate.
- Contribute to sales meetings and agreed upon actions.
- Ensure adherence to the aINSIGHT sales process and distribution of relevant information to prospects, new clients, and internal onboarding and support teams.

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, minimum of five years at the enterprise level
- Proven experience in Business-to-Business sales
- Expert knowledge of screening market and regulations related to employment screening
- Expert knowledge in the selling or implementation of complex business process solutions
