*Job Summary:* As a Junior Sales Executive in the health sector, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our nursing care services to potential clients, particularly by sourcing patients from hospitals and leveraging home care experiences. This role is ideal for fresher’s or candidates with limited experience who are passionate about healthcare and sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Client Outreach and Relationship Building:*
* Identify and establish relationships with hospital administrators, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to source potential patients for our nursing care services.
* Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote our services.
* *Sales and Marketing:*
* Present and explain our nursing care services to potential clients and their families, highlighting the benefits and unique aspects of our care.
* Develop and implement sales strategies with his manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Utilize various marketing tools and techniques to reach out to potential clients.
* *Customer Service:*
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
* Ensure patients' transition from hospitals to our nursing care units or home care services.
* *Reporting and Documentation:*
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:*
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* *Experience:*
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Any prior experience in sales, healthcare, or customer service is preferable.
* *Skills:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Basic knowledge of healthcare services, particularly nursing care and home care, is an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
