alphabroder is hiring an experienced Regional Inside Sales Manager for its team on the West Coast. This position offers a remote work schedule; however, the candidate must reside in the Pacific time zone.
The Regional Inside Sales Manager will oversee the performance of an entire sales region within alphabroder. This role motivates the region to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive programs, coaching, career development and reporting mechanisms.

Job Duties:
- Lead a team of 15-20 Account Executives, Account Managers, and 1 Inside Sales Supervisor to achieve sales goals, and exceed minimum productivity standards
- Provide regular updates on regional sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Mentor, guide, and coach the region to enhance performance and ensure compliance with sales methodology
- Create and maintain a superior team through talent recruitment/hiring, performance management, and motivational techniques
- Engage with customers on a regular basis to solidify loyalty and ensure high revenue retention rates within the region
- Actively develop training curriculum and administer regular training
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 3+ years of sales/marketing experience, required
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience, required
