As a CSR for South Anderson Veterinary Clinic, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage day-to-day operations of the veterinary office

Maintain a clean environment

Properly answer multi-line phone system: assess, prioritize, and direct phone callers.

Maintain a professional reception area
-
Greet & welcome clients and patients
-
Check-in clients/patients, collect pertinent information
-
Confirm the next day's appointments according to protocol
-
Schedule client/patients for efficient use of doctor & staff time
-
Must be comfortable with Windows-based computer software
-
Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment
-
Learn the details of our practice management system Impromed Infinity
-
Make follow-up appointments as needed
