**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families during a challenging time. **Duties:** - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor patient conditions and update medical records - Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care - Educate patients and families on end-of-life care options **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license with hospice or palliative care experience - Proficiency in medical record documentation systems - Knowledge of acute pain management techniques - Familiarity with medication administration protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide compassionate care in sensitive situations **Skills:** - Proficiency in medical record systems such as Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks - Experience in trauma medicine or acute care settings - Knowledge of CT scans, operating room (OR) procedures, and anatomy - Competency in managing end-of-life symptoms and pain relief Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing comfort and dignity to patients in their final journey.
