We are a ministry of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church and a faith-based preschool. We are looking for an administrative assistant with preschool experience.

Duties
* Answers the phone
* Verify students' attendance
* File students related reports and student files
* Emails information to parents as needed
* Verifies information in the Bright wheel record management system
* Process Enrollment Packet and medication logs
*Supports director on administrative requests such as special events
* Assist director with monthly emergency drills and maintain monthly Fire Safety Checklist
Requirements
* a High School diploma, AA in Administration a plus, DCF 45 hours a plus
* Must speak English, Spanish is a plus
*At least 6 months experience in administration, 1 year a plus
* at least 1 year or more experience in a preschool setting a plus
* Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Google Docs...)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
