What you’d be doing:
- Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customization, scripting, and workflows
- Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, forms, records, saved searches and reports
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes that will be managed with NetSuite
- Provide front-line support and troubleshooting with regard to all aspects of NetSuite
- Work directly with external developers, NetSuite and/or other Professional Services organizations to drive and coordinate larger, more complex NetSuite projects
- Disseminate capabilities of NetSuite and functionality enhancements across the organization
- Train NetSuite users, document training and effectiveness of such training
- Manage multiple streams of work while actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps; Follow best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation
- Perform system upkeep and maintenance of NetSuite and related software applications
- Review and support system change requests
- Monitor NetSuite system performance and scheduled tasks to ensure smooth operation
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend other solutions or technologies that can improve and optimize NetSuite-related business processes
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
You’re probably a match if you have:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution

Two years or more of hands-on experience with ERP systems, enterprise implementation, business operations, and support

3 years or more of administrator-level experience with NetSuite

Prior work-experience in a B2B setting is preferred

NetSuite Administrator certification(s) required

Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred

Familiarity with business systems software packages such as ERP, CRM, Analytics and reporting tools, scheduling, workflow, and project management tools, etc.

Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relations, comfortable engaging with candidates and team members at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

Work Location and Hours:

Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
