Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily, bookkeeping, office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office procedures.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Qualifications:
-QuickBooks/Bookkeeping knowledge
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with payroll procedures
- Training development skills are advantageous
