Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional patient care in various medical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs
- Help patients with personal hygiene
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Experience in phlebotomy procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Exposure to medical-surgical procedures
- Previous work in a medical office setting
- Experience in pediatric care or operating room (OR) environment
- Knowledge of patient service principles
- Exposure to Level I Trauma Center or home community care
