The position of Sales/Showroom Manager will demonstrate a strong commitment to the customer, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation in order to drive corporate promotion to fabricators, commercial developers, architects, and designers in the generation of profitable sales, while contributing to the success of a strong team environment.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Manage and support the existing and growing sales team.
· Support customers by providing detailed information/specs on the company's range of Products.
· Identify and build profitable long-term relationships with customers, commercial developers, architects and designers in assigned area.
· Generating new revenue and increase existing revenue.
· Strategically planning, managing and participating in the complete sales process
· Creating and delivering new product presentations
· Continually maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
· Estimating prospective opportunities for inclusion in formal quotations or tenders
· Attend weekly meetings in the office
· Work alternate Saturdays with Sunday and another day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
· Any other tasks and functions required by management
Skills and Knowledge:
· Proven track record of fabricating process
· 5+ years’ experience in similar role
· Must have strong oral and written communication skills
· Committed, self-motivated, strong self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent initiative.
· Must be people and results oriented
· Must have entrepreneurial skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant experience in the use and creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM Software
Education:
· A college diploma or university degree in business, project management, interior design and architecture.
