Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Qualifications: - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with QuickBooks is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred - Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines simultaneously - Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in a dental office is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
