Behavior Technician
Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with behavior assessments and functional analysis procedures
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment goals
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide support and training to families and caregivers

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
