At YSC we are looking for passion, dedication and reliability in our guides. We encourage diverse backgrounds in order to build a rich team full of varied experience. Education is at the core of what we offer to our guests in this era of burgeoning outdoor, experiential ecotourism. We are looking for guides who are flexible, adaptable and ultimately positioned to set a professional standard for excellence representing the rules and regulations of our company and the National Park.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; guiding personal, customizable wildlife safaris of Yellowstone National Park, providing education on the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in conjunction with YSC and YNP policies, working with high-end clientele in a flexible way to assure client satisfaction, attention to vehicle maintenance needs as necessary, communication with management and office regarding schedule, and assuring all guests needs including dietary, comfort and interests are met at all times.
Hours offered; Hiring now for Summer season to begin in Mid-April for training, and Full-Time work including overnights and backcountry outings starting May 1st, running through Oct 31st.
Compensation to be commensurate to cost of living in the region and quality of our business.
