Duties:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers by canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and introducing myself as a pest control specialist.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with homeowners and tenants to understand their pest concerns, assess current pest problems, and offer solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Educating Customers: Providing detailed information about various pests, their behaviors, and the potential risks they pose to health and property. Educating customers on preventive measures and the benefits of professional pest control services.
- Presenting Solutions: Presenting and explaining pest control service plans, packages, and treatments that best address the identified pest issues. Detailing the effectiveness of treatments and products used.
- Addressing Concerns: Addressing customer questions, concerns, objections, and skepticism with patience and professionalism. Providing clear and accurate answers to build trust and credibility.
- Closing Sales: Negotiating terms and pricing, overcoming objections, and closing sales agreements for pest control services. Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual sales targets set by the company. Keeping track of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to ethical standards in sales practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations related to pest control services.
