Account Executive

The Account Executive will plan, direct, or coordinate direct marketing programs for banks and credit unions. This position is the liaison between the client and Marquis. The account executive is responsible for details, due dates, and deadlines for his/her assigned accounts.
Duties Include:

Inspect layouts and advertising material for adherence to specifications.

Set up projects in Workamajig (project management software) and ensure all elements of the project (specifications, due dates, deadlines, pricing) are accurate and updated as the project changes.

Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales and advertising agencies.

Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.

Work in conjunction with OnTrax Strategists to launch projects as required by pre-defined marketing calendars or ad hoc projects.

Maintain active communication with clients to report updates or solve client’s inquires throughout project life cycle.
Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, or marketing.

Two or more years in a related client support role.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Knowledge of media production (on and off-line), communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including, assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction levels.

Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.

Superior verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with, and communicate with, all levels across a company both internally and with clients.

Excellent professional image and presence including conduct, attitude and attire.

Demonstrated creativity, initiative, time management and self-management skills

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role requires the use of standard office equipment including computers, MS office, Abode Creative Suite, proofing software, project management software, and photocopiers.
