We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic Director of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts.
Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Director of Recruitment to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a big or strong personality, and the ability to energize and inspire others.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and post job descriptions for all open positions across various platforms.
- Actively search for candidates on non-traditional platforms like Twitter, in addition to Indeed and LinkedIn. Example: If we're looking for a videographer, sometimes looking through the following list of a Top Videographer on social media (videographers follow videographers) and cold DMing them). Same with Closers for Sales, and more.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Hire GREAT candidates that not only are qualified but have fit the company's culture.
- Travel between Puerto Rico and home location as required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring top talent.
- High energy, charismatic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiasm for finding and bringing on the best talent.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Flexibility to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
- Quick Communicator
- Willing to work weekends if needed.
Salary
- $50-80/hr with flexibility based on experience and bonuses for if the hire ends up being a super impactful ROI wise talent.
Location
- Remote with some travel required
Availability
- M-F with flexibility to work weekends as needed
Communication Expectations
- Slack is our primary communication tool.
- We prioritize clear and thorough communication daily.
- Prompt responses are demanded throughout work hours. If delays occur, valid reasons must be provided. Keeping the team informed is essential.
- Participate in weekly meetings with relevant department leads to ensure alignment across the company.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on event planning status and any challenges faced.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
