As an SDR you'll engage with leads generated by our marketing team; qualify the leads and get them excited about joining Umbrella and talking with our experts.

Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team to qualify, pre-sell, and set appointments between the leads and our expert team (closers)
- Follow-up with missed appointments to get them excited again and rebook.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Requirements and skills
- 1+ years in sales (preferably of digital marketing solutions, or BizOps, or Franchises, or Coaching, or SMBs SaaS).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
