InSync Consulting is seeking Techs (ARRT) for contract opportunities in multiple locations in the state of Texas. These facilities are looking to bring on contracted Tech's for 13 week assignments working 12 hour Day or Night Shifts. Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray and other modalities to assist in the diagnosis of injuries and diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Perform X-rays, mammograms, CT scans, PET scans, and other radiology procedures as required.
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure the safety of patients during procedures.
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and explain the process to them.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide diagnostic evaluations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in X-ray imaging techniques including mammography, CT scans, PET scans, and sonography.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Ability to scan and capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
