- Monitor client’s behaviors and assists the client’s needs during shift.
- Work directly with clients receiving outpatient services and document progress
- Document observations/milieu interventions in the client's electronic/paper records.
- Complete daily shift log.
- Conduct AMA prevention and crisis intervention with immediate notification to Program Director.
- Ensure safety of all clients through regular checks and client rounds.
- Conduct UA drug screen as directed.
- Sit in on groups and assist therapist(s) in an administrative capacity as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, team meetings, and in-service training.
- Checking and responding to company email every shift to ensure companywide communication.
- Maintain ethical boundaries with clients.
- Process a discharging client in accordance with company procedures and documents in the client chart as needed.
- Supervising the self-administration of medication as needed.
- Comply with HIPAA and other mandates regarding client care and confidentiality.
