Previous experience managing high-volume collision center/body shop required. Experience working with fleet accounts highly preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As the Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing relevant team members, technicians, and shop operations to drive efficiency while following best practices.
- Organize and lead production team including, painters, technicians, etc. to ensure smooth and timely repair completion
- Oversee operations and identify and resolve inefficiencies and bottlenecks in work process. Implement processes to improve and operationalize shop flow
- Seek to provide constructive feedback, training, and effective communication to team
- Assist in hiring additional team members when necessary to meet expected repair volume
- Communicate effectively with customers, including fleet accounts to maintain excellent customer-focused experience
- Estimate vehicle damage and time to repair for relevant ROs
- Maintain organized process for billing and related admin tasks including documenting repair orders, scheduling, etc.
- Execute strategy to meet or exceed all relevant KPIs and metrics
Qualifications
- Body shop/collision center management experience and a proven track record is required
- Technical knowledge is necessary to understand and optimize shop flow
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- Experience with industry specific tools, technologies, and processes
- Extensive Fleet-focused experience is highly preferred
- Proven leadership with the ability to attract and retain a highly motivated team
This is an on-site position. The applicant must be able to travel to the shop location on workdays.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
