The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and office management, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities for multiple clients. This includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and other related duties. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and documents.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Prepare payroll and payroll reports.
