Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's learning and development
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques in subjects such as math or physical education is a plus
