(CRS) Crisis Response Services Team Manager Description:
United Services is seeking a Team Manager for the Crisis Response Services Division of a large community mental health center working with adults with serious mental health issues who may also have substance use disorders and/or co-morbid medical conditions. To provide clinical coordination of high risk, acutely ill/SPMI target population clients with hospitals and other external agencies, provide LMHA representation in external meetings. Assist program director with oversight of CRS program providing supervision of program staff and clinical leadership to ensure day to day operation of services meet client need based upon best practices. Monitor program and individual productivity and provide supervision to meet program outcomes. Provide guidance and crisis support to staff with respect to client issues and programmatic needs.
(CRS) Crisis Response Services Team Manager Requirements:
- LCSW, LPC or LMFT (Connecticut) license require.
- Minimum of five years' experience in Clinical Services preferred.
- Three years relevant experience in the area of care coordination, clinical supervision or a combination required.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of community resources and behavioral health systems preferred.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with one shift 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
