Office Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will answer phones, provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Provide customer support and maintain a professional front desk presence.
- Provide administrative support to the owners.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients and colleagues.
-Order lunches for upper management.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an office administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices.
